Recognize the needs and potential of the local context allows detecting performance opportunities for the future UCPR designen From this recognition, generating new design concepts adjusts with the surrounding reality responding aqlequately to the availability of material resources and technological capabilities of the site for their processing. From that point of view, it approaches the design projects to generate alternatives for objects in which to apply in new ways resources, techniques and processes that are available.
