As part of the core problems addressed during the firs phase of the curricular structure of the industrial Design program at Univesidad Católica Popular del Risaralda, covers three main principles are: form, function and structure. During the first semester the form was protagonist. How a structured whole, the form finds its origins in the nature which the designer communicates its components to achieve the creation of new forms that result in artificial objects. Then the communication becomes a means to understand the environment allowing both natural and artificial objects be interpreted in a specific context.
