Transformation of the territory in the creation of amiable spaces and new centralities

Throughout the history of cities and their development, it is common to find sectors that are strategically located in places of great importance, but for various reasons especially of public order, makes them impenetrable and a source of crime. In those moments, the people who are responsible for the administration of the city become aware and intend to reform these sectors in order to make them more friendly to people and social and economic centralities by implementing special hierarchies buildings, and a good treatment of public space to show people to take critical awareness about the progress seen in their city, and making them take ownership of these sites and identify with them; that is to notice and appreciate the transformations being undertaken by cities in order to progress.
