This article seeks to present the final project grade held to obtain the title as an industrial designer at the University Catolica de Pereira.
In this article we will find a whole study of recycling of cables (wires) power from your collection, process processing, smelting and product application. All this in oder to show how through eco-design could help the environment with simple processes, appropriate technology and the most important raw material used is wasted with ill-treatment.
For this project we studied different design issues such as strategies for the collection of cables, the use a machine for stripping cable and remove the PVC plastic fibers, the application of appropriate technology, analysis of concepts and typologies all prerequisite study for the project.
