Recycling of tires that are not being used anynmore for the manufacture of road safety elements

This article deals with the “Manufacturing of elements for road control, recycling the disused tires of INTEGRA SA” which aims to build a series of instruments to improve the work of school patrols in the schools of the city of Pereira, This is because they do not have tools to control traffic and take care of their physical integrity, it is intended to achieve that the elements have ecological connotations. This project was developed under two methodologies, the user-centered design, which operates with three phases, analysis, design and evaluation and eco design with the sustainability of the product and as raw material recycled material; the use of research techniques such as ethnography with tools such as interviews and nonparticipatory observation was implemented, for the collection of information that would serve as an input in the design.
