In order to perform heat treatment of bulk and / or thin films materials that require a high rate of change of temperature / time unit, was characterized a tube furnace Terrigeno Industries ESP model number 462, varying the position of standard instrument of temperature from center to the edge of the tube. The result was that the temperature relative to the position has a decreasing exponential behavior and in particular shown the results for changes in temperature of 100 ° C according on the position. The data obtained was subjected to standard metrological analysis to express the results with their uncertainties.
